Monitoring of implementation of CSR policies by corporates - Measures to be suggested
A high level committee has been constituted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs to suggest measures for improved monitoring of implementation of CSR policies by companies under section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. The committee has been asked to submit its report within six months.
